Does salt therapy actually work?
We have received extremely positive feedback from clients who have used the salt rooms within our halo salt centre and have seen major improvements to their conditions, with the feedback being particularly good for skin and respiratory disorders. Clients report clearer breathing, less mucus, less phlegm and a sense of overall calmness. Clients with skin conditions have reported considerable changes in condition, with some clients having actually been able to drastically improve their skin conditions using Salt Therapy as part of their treatment.

What if I need to cancel a session?
We totally understand that sometimes clients need to cancel their appointments due to numerous circumstances which can arise, however we request that customers abide by the following:
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
For late cancellations or no-shows, a session will be deducted for those with packages or in credit, including vouchers.
First Visits - the cancellation policy above applies regardless that the session is free.
Those who do not turn up are taking the space of someone who could have benefited from the session.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, there is ample parking outside the front of the building.
What is the refund policy on packages?
Any packages which are bought from us have no expiry, with the exception of the Unlimited Package which has unlimited use for one full year from date of purchase. However, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, whether full or partial once purchases are made and they are non-transferable.
How long does a session last?
A salt therapy session lasts for one full hour (60 minutes). However, clients are free to stay for as long or little as they like during that time.
